Women's Foundation of Boston
Director of Development

As the innagural Diretor of Development of a largely volunteer led and supported organization, I am repsonsible for building a develompent function and infrastructure, supporting the CEO in growing and diversifying revenue, and creating unique campaigns and events to delight donors and volunteers.
Launched in 2017, the Women's Foundation of Boston was founded by a group of local business women to address the massive philanthropic gap towards nonprofits serving women and girls. We are dedicated to economically empowering women and girls in Greater Boston, by creating, funding, and accelerating economic and leadership programs that equip women and girls to be financially independent and successful leaders.
- Only 2% of all Greater Boston charitable giving is direted towards women and girls serving nonprofit organizations
- Research has shown that investing in women has a multiplier effect, creating positive economigc returns across generations and throughout communities
To date, WFBoston has impacted nearly 13,000 women and girls, 95% of whom live in underserved communities and 82% of whom are black, Indigenous and people of color.

I am passionate about creating strong, inclusive, inspiring spaces. The child of an interfaith household and one half of an interfaith couple, I strive to design tools and resources to spark conversation between interfaith couples, their families, and the community. With the support of CJP's PresenTense Fellowship social entrepreneurship program, I have designed Share and Tell: Conversation Cards for Couples.
Break the ice before you break the glass with Share & Tell. Designed to spark conversations between interfaith couples, this deck of cards will let you talk about who you’re named after or favorite memories from family vacations, instead of how your family feels about your relationship. Some cards are fun and some tackle the hard questions, but Share & Tell makes it more manageable.
Learn more, talk more, share more- together.
